DataeSim Service Agreement

Welcome to use the eSim digital communication products and related services provided by DataeSim (dataesim.com) (hereinafter referred to as "this Website" or "this Platform"). Please read this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully and fully understand it before using the services of this Platform. Your registration of an account, purchase of products or use of services shall be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to accept all terms of this Agreement.

Article 1 Definitions

eSim: Refers to embedded SIM card technology, a digital communication product that activates mobile data services by scanning a QR code or downloading and installing a configuration profile.

User: Means an individual who registers, purchases or uses the products and services of this Platform.

Order: Means the eSim purchase record submitted and paid by the User through this Platform.

Article 2 Service Content

This Platform provides users with online display, sales and after-sales support services for cross-border mobile data eSim products.

This Platform does not build its own telecommunications network. The eSim products sold are provided by overseas/local legitimate telecommunications operators or cooperative suppliers.

Network coverage, speed, frequency bands and stability in different countries/regions are subject to the actual conditions of local operators.

Article 3 Account Registration and Use

Users shall provide true, accurate and complete registration information.

Users shall properly keep their accounts and passwords. Losses caused by the User’s own reasons shall be borne by the User.

This Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use of the account if false information, abnormal transactions or illegal acts are found.

Article 4 Product Purchase and Effective Rules

Users shall confirm that their terminal devices support eSim function before purchase.

Once the eSim is issued (QR code or activation code sent successfully), returns or exchanges without reason shall not be supported in principle.

Package validity period starts from:

The date of first connection to the local network; or

Automatically activated upon purchase (subject to the product description).

The service will be automatically terminated after the data is used up or the validity period expires.

Article 5 Usage Rules

Users shall not use this service for:

Illegal purposes;

Fraud, harassment or infringement of others’ legitimate rights and interests;

Large-scale abnormal traffic, server hosting, illegal VPN use, etc.

Liabilities arising from the User’s violation of local laws and regulations shall be borne by the User.

Article 6 Price and Payment

Product prices are subject to real-time display on the website page.

This Platform reserves the right to adjust prices according to market conditions.

The order takes effect immediately upon successful payment.

Article 7 Refund and After-sales Service

After-sales service may be applied for under the following circumstances:

Failure to activate due to technical problems confirmed by customer service as product defects;

Duplicate payment of orders.

The refund amount shall not exceed the actual payment amount.

Refunds shall not be supported including but not limited to:

• Device does not support eSim;
• Successfully activated and used;
• Problems caused by the User’s misoperation;
• Experience problems caused by poor local signal coverage or network quality.

Article 8 Disclaimer

This Platform does not guarantee continuous stable or high-speed network in all areas.

No compensation liability shall be borne for service interruption caused by force majeure (including but not limited to war, natural disasters, operator network failure, government regulation).

This Platform shall not be liable for losses caused by user equipment compatibility issues.

Article 9 Intellectual Property Rights

All contents of this website (including but not limited to text, pictures, trademarks, system programs) are owned by this Platform or legitimate obligees and shall not be used without permission.

Article 10 Personal Information Protection

This Platform shall protect users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

User information is only used for order processing, customer service support and within the scope required by law.

This Platform will not sell users’ personal data to unrelated third parties.

Article 11 Amendment to Agreement

This Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement according to business adjustments, which will be announced on the website after modification. Continued use of the service shall be deemed acceptance of the modified content.
